Based on the serene Costa Blanca in Spain, Daiva Cikaite is a dedicated yoga teacher and holistic practitioner guiding individuals toward deeper self-awareness, inner balance, and authentic transformation.
Her work is rooted in the integration of body, mind, and consciousness, combining classical Hatha yoga with principles of psychology, somatic awareness, and energetic practices.

This unique approach allows her clients not only to strengthen the body, but also to gently transform internal patterns, emotional states, and limiting beliefs.


With a professional background in finance, Daiva brings a rare ability to bridge the material and the spiritual, helping individuals create both external stability and inner harmony.

Her path also includes years of experience as a dancer, which is reflected in the fluid, intuitive, and therapeutic quality of her teaching.
